Slope and views.

A family house that makes use of the slope and the view towards the Andes. The ground floor holds the shared spaces and the upper floor the private rooms, organised around an inner courtyard containing the stair. The main bedrooms are offset around a terrace to open up views. Exposed concrete and timber are the main materials.
