A residential music studio.

A freestanding pavilion in the courtyard of a house, used as a music studio. A rust-toned metal volume rests on a glazed base that opens towards the courtyard; the interior is lined in timber.

A round window.

A circular window on the side frames the interior from the courtyard and pool.

Material.

The rust-toned metal cladding relates to the existing brick wall. The glazed base keeps a direct connection between the studio and the courtyard.
