Civic square and shelter from the climate.

The proposal seeks to complete the civic block beside the central square. Its position creates an entrance square sheltered from prevailing western and northwestern winds. Inside, a glazed hall runs through the complex, connects municipal services and allows pedestrians to pass through. A large laminated-timber roof brings these spaces together as a place of shelter for the community.
